LED Light Strip Installation Instructions

1. Main structure and scope of application
The LED light bar lampshade is made of high thermal conductivity 6063 aluminum profile, with a high-end and exquisite appearance. The light source uses the American imported Bridget chip 5050 SMD LED. It is suitable for lighting places such as jewelry, display counters, home villa lighting, shopping malls, hotels, office buildings and leisure places. It is an ideal lamp to replace traditional fluorescent tubes.

III. Operation steps
1. Check the lampshade and light bar, and sort out the Are all the parts and accessories used complete?
2. According to the length of the counter, cut the lampshade to a matching length and cut a 45° angle at both ends
3. Open a 3.5mm diameter through hole on the inside of the left and right ends of the counter lampshade to connect with the fixed pad;
4. Open two M3 holes at the lower part of the left and right ends of the lamp trough to connect with the triangular block;
5. Install the lampshade to be installed into the light bar of the appropriate size and connect them together through the triangular block;
6. Use shadowless glue to stick the fixing block to the inside of the glass at the corresponding left and right lampshade openings;
7. Use screws to fix the connected lampshade on the counter;
8. Install the wire rod;
9. Install the driver. Pay attention to the input and output ports during installation, and pay attention to the connection of the positive and negative poles when connecting the light bar. The red line is the positive connection line, and the black line is the negative connection line.
IV. Precautions
1. Correctly install the LED driver and LED light strip;
2. The distance between the 12V 3.2A driver and our LED light strip cannot exceed 4m, and the distance between the 12V 5A driver and our LED light strip cannot exceed 5m;
3. The power supply must be cut off before installation;
4. The product must be installed by professionals.
