Advantages of high-quality LED flexible neon lights:
1. The overall light is uniform, without color spots or black spots
2. There are rarely poor soldering and foot contact phenomena, which will not cause short circuits or no light
3. The main line uses 21 copper core wires, which is not easy to break the main line, so as not to cause the entire line to not light up
4. The inner core mold material is relatively thick; the pins are not easy to break after insertion, and it is not easy to cause short circuits and burns
5. The surface is smooth, the rubber is soft and clean, without impurities; the rubber is full and feels good; the shearing mark is correct
6. The lamp beads are supplied by relatively stable domestic manufacturers, with small color difference and uniform brightness in the whole batch
7. Complete accessories, fine packaging (using high-grade rubber shaft, not easy to break), with detailed installation instructions
8. It is not easy to have problems after installation, with a long service life and reduced maintenance costs.
The flexible LED light strip uses FPC as the assembly circuit board and SMD LED for assembly, so that the thickness of the product is only the thickness of a coin and does not take up space; the general specifications are 30cm long 18 LEDs, 24 LEDs and 50cm long 15 LEDs, 24 LEDs, 30 LEDs, etc. There are also 60cm, 80cm, etc., different users have different specifications. And it can be cut at will, and it can be extended at will without affecting the light emission. The FPC material is soft and can be bent, folded, and wound at will. It can be moved and stretched in three-dimensional space without breaking. It is suitable for use in irregular places and places with small spaces. It can be bent and wound arbitrarily, so it is suitable for any combination of various patterns in advertising decoration.
LED hard light strips use PCB hard boards as assembly circuit boards. LEDs are assembled with SMD LEDs and with direct-plug LEDs. Different components are used according to different needs.
The advantage of hard light strips is that they are easier to fix, and are convenient to process and install; the disadvantage is that they cannot be bent at will and are not suitable for irregular places. There are many specifications of SMD LEDs for hard light strips, such as 18 LEDs, 24 LEDs, 30 LEDs, 36 LEDs, and 40 LEDs; there are different specifications of direct-plug LEDs, such as 18, 24, 36, and 48, and there are front and side ones. The side-emitting ones are also called Great Wall light strips.
