Common reasons why LED flexible light strips cannot light up
After many tests and checks, LED flexible light strips still fail to light up. The reasons are as follows:
1. The packaging protection of LED flexible light strips is not perfect, causing the lamp beads to be damaged by impact during transportation.
2. The welding points of LED flexible light strips have a cold soldering phenomenon. The vibration during transportation causes the solder joints to fall off, causing the light strip to not light up.
3. The amount of solder in LED flexible light strips is small, and the solder joints are easy to fall off
4. The solder quality of LED flexible light strips is poor. The solder joints of LED flexible light strips are prone to brittle cracks and fall off during the bending process
5. The bending angle of LED flexible light strips is too large during installation, causing the solder joints of LED flexible light strips to separate from the copper foil and cause them to not light up
6. The LED flexible light strips are over-extended during installation, causing the LED flexible light strip chip to be damaged or the solder joints to deform and fall off and not light up
7. The solder mask layer of the LED flexible light strip circuit board is too thick. The solder and the circuit board cannot be completely fused together during welding, which is also a cold soldering phenomenon.
8. The LED flexible light strip cannot be twisted during installation. If it is twisted, the solder joints of the LED flexible light strip will fall off and cause it to not light up.
